Description
Moroccan olive trees (some over 1,000 years old) produce a dense, hard wood with beautiful cream-to-dark-brown grain streaks. Olivewood is naturally antibacterial and highly resistant to moisture — ideal for food preparation.
Every board is hand-carved, then sanded through 6 progressive grits before receiving a food-safe mineral oil finish. Each board weighs between 600g (small) and 1.2kg (large), giving it excellent stability on the countertop.
Dual-use: the smooth face for cutting, the natural-edge side for serving cheese, bread, and charcuterie.
